The way to tell for sure who is insane would be to set up cameras by
computer stores and catch whoever thinks about buying WinME.

Interestingly enough, once you've been declared insane, it's just as
hard (if not harder) to prove otherwise.  :)  Probably because of the
above trick, since they'd have "evidence" against you.
