Ther is a program called netswitch that I have used in the past. I
think this will do for what you want to do. Send me an e-mail address
and I will flip it to you it's less than a meg.

Suppose you have a laptop that you want to use on your office LAN or
at home with, say, @Home. Every time you move it, you have to change
settings and reboot, right? Is there any way around that? It would
be great if we at least had a utility that could store all the
settings and change them automatically for the location I requested.
I can live with the reboot.
Does such a utility exist?
