Yeah. However, it is truly unacceptable for someone to
design for one browser or another. It's the hallmark
of an amateur or at least a bad designer. I cannot
stand going to sites that say "best viewed with x
browser". True, designers have numerous obstacles to
overcome. However, it isn't all that difficult to test
one's work on multiple O/Ss with multiple browsers.
