NT\2000 shouldn't have those memory problems. The
WINNT Subsystem resembles VMS on the bottom half (i.e.
memory allocation) this is because it is based on VMS.
Same programmer, microsoft hired him.
Outlook is OK as long as you don't execute any .VBA
files and turn off ActiveX scripting.
