IE4 was the viral one. 5.5 is tolerable.
Opera is by far the best browser. Unless you want to use MS Jscript ;-)
The pages that don't work on it are all using various extensions of
non-standard Javascript (not to be confused with the Standardized ECMAscript
that Opera now includes). IE 5.5 does have the advantage of being able to
handle just about anything. Including giving you viruses, thousands of
popups, and large headaches. I don't care much for Konquerer, mainly
because it has no more features than Opera, and runs slower. I use IE when
I'm designing a site to be pretty, I use Opera when I'm designing it to be
good.

Mozzilla is BIG and Laggy :P at least in my expierence with it. I stick to
N etscape for more things. Bojan (a co-worker) has this strange obession
with Opera, yet complains when sites won't work on it ;) haha.
IE is a HORRIBLY browser. it is a virus that takes over your whole
computer.
