The place I go to get memory is www.mwave.com
They always have good prices on memory and everything.
I just purchased a Plextor cd-rw that burns at 16x - rewrites at 10x
and reads at 40x  for like $175
And everything I get from them has a lifetime warrenty.    :-)
Just my 2 cents worth.
