Flight Sim should be moved to the Prosecutions side, because I remember a couple of editions back in the day that were intentionally incompatible with Dr. DOS. MSN and media player should also go to the prosecution with what they are doing with it now. Along with Passport. Active Directory too. That stuff is all pretty closed up, and permit a person or a company no free will in determining a non-Microsoft upgrade path.

Subject: [MLUG - DISCUSSION] Microsoft: Evil Empire or Suitable
Software?
Prosecution's Evidence:
Internet Explorer v4.0
Windows 3.1
Windows 95
MS Office (any version)
Windows XP
"Subscription" licenses
WINS
Active Directory
Hotmail
Defense's Evidence:
Internet Explorer v5.5
Outlook (well, at least OL98)
Windows 98 (NOT SE)
Windows 2000
Active Directory
MS SQL server
Flight Simulator
Solitaire
Minesweeper
Freecell
3D Cadet Pinball
MSN Messenger
Just sticking to software, and not necessarily business practices (I
consider "subscription licenses" to walk the line, since it's part of the
software). Their business practices are heinous, but what about the actual
products? Hmmm...
