[MLUG - DISCUSSION] CVS Problem

I am trying to run a in-house SourceForge with CVS. I am having problems
configuring CVS to run correctly (not sure if its my pserver). I am on RH
7.1 using CVSWeb 1.93-1. I also tried to install ViewCVS 0.7 but ran into
some major python issues (trying to upgrade to pyton 2) and had to keep the
current version which is python 1.5
I dont know if this helps but when I run xinetd -d I get the following:
