I always thought that Columbia's squirrels were among the most stupid I'd
seen. They will run out in front of cars more than anywhere else I've
been. It makes me wonder how so many come to exist since so many seemingly
die under the wheels of cars.
Someone should make a little robot squirrel that can learn similar to
Sony's virtual dog but able to climb trees and beg for nuts. It'd be a fun
project with some interesting possiple uses. Imagine if you made one that
could climb trees as well as a real squirrel and pick fruit. That'd
probably be far more effective than current methods. :)
