True, those piss me off too. Although you really need them if you're going
to buy furniture or something and need to move it.

That's not nearly as big of a problem as cars. After all, electrical power
can be generated cheaply and it doesn't look like the supply of coal is going
to run out any time soon. When they do, I'm sure that reasonable solar
panels could be developed.

The real problem is that people earn way too much money. The entire economy
holds on the simple fact that a TV/whatever could be built for peanuts in
china or something. Guess why the rest of the work doesn't have nearly as
high of a standard of life? Even in Europe, most people don't own their own
houses and don't have anything nearly as cheap.
