Um, Neil, do you have kids? ;) I'll guess not. I've had two for about
3 years (just added the third) and having a minivan is the ONLY way to
go. You would fill up space in a sedan way too quickly. Yeah, around
town, 4 doors okay. Extended trip? Forget it.
Point is, people have needs vs. desires. Someone will always provide
for the desires. Gas prices are a secondary consideration.
For the record, IMHO people driving in Columbia suck compared to
Southern California. People there (for the most part) *have* to pay
attention, or they get severely mangled or dead.
