hi to every one

i am new redhat linux (7.0) user.i just started a few
week ago.
i have windows me (fat 32) and linux instal on a hard
disk (30 Gb).
my problem is that i need a boot disk to get on
linux.but with fat16
 i do not have to boot to linux with boot disk

can any one help?
