I think he and a friend were thinking of making this weird floating
island! hmm Josh wanted to use Rubber, but Josh is a naieve little kid
;) hehe. well he's 20 (i think) i think that's what he's talking about ;)
or just build it somewhere without really any weird jurisdiction. but
that's probably difficult
