I liked Neil's idea of how to deal with script kiddies. Really that was
incredibly funny. I'd probably not bother pressing charges against a
script kiddie unless they DoS'd me and usually then I'd just tell my ISP
and leave it to them to do what they want.
Is there anything a lawyer won't take your money for? It always seemed odd
to me that we can't just evaluate the law and see if we're gonna lose. If
so why pay a lawyer and if not why pay a lawyer? Is what we get for
letting so many lawyers make laws.. job protection on their part. ;>
