I'd open a new account under a different name and continue with my @Home
service within short order. I've never had an ISP so much as card me
besides verifying I had a real ID. Unless your service was pulled for lack
of $$$ most don't even note why you were cutoff in their computers.
I get scanned several times a day and don't care unless I think they have
found something. If they have found something then I'll fix it and maybe
share my logs with anyone else interested but it's a technical issue and I
don't see how the cops or ISP etc have anything to do with it. I for one
would retaliate against anyone I found out reported me to anyone for
scanning their systems. Maybe it's just paranoia on my part. :)
