Well, Ozark Air still does fly to Dallas, and there is a Fry's there...

But this does remind me of something: in San Diego, they had started
putting in Yet Another Batch o' Condos on a hill overlooking Aero Drive,
and the "Incredible Universe" location there.  Frankly, they weren't
selling many condos, or much of anything at the store, for that matter.
Then the "Incredible Universe" there (and everywhere else) folded, and
that location became a Fry's.

Now, they hadn't actually re-named the condo community "Fry's View
Terrace", although that would have been accurate.  There was even a foot
path, I believe, down the side of the hill.  Nevertheless, I believe they
sold every last cheesy condo there within 3 months.

I *suppose* it is possilbe that this phenomenon might have had something
to do with a ragingly strong economy or big interest rate cuts or some
other noise-level factor, but I think we all know what really happened.
