Actually, that story is probably a great way to pick up a girl.  It's so
weird it has to be true, and once you've got a girl laughing (and listening
to you), well, the rest is much easier.

Now that I think about it, any girl that told *me* that story would have my
attention, too.  :-)

So I'm a wolf in tech's clothing.  Sue me.  :-)
