If you want to see NT 4, you have to enable NTFS file
system support in the kernel configuration (I saw this
when I was making a new kernel recently), it is not
very stable right now.  It is probably possible to
read from a NTFS, but very dangerous to write to NTFS
from a linux box.  

You might try creating a small FAT partition with FIPS
or something and store the iso on there.
