No the problem is.. I do not have enough free space to use a mirroring
program to get
the local mirror of Mandrake Cooker and then still have room to run the perl
script that
makes the iso's.  Even if the hard drive was bare, I would still not have
enough room.
I could try and do it on the NT 4.0 workstation I have, but the perl script
needs to have 
rpmtools installed to work, and I don't think they make a rpmtools package
for windows.
